There are many things you can do to improve your sleep, such as:

Stick To Your Regular Routine

Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, including weekends. This will help your body get into a rhythm and make it easier for you to fall asleep.

Make Sure Your Room Is Dark, Quiet And Cool

Keep your room cool and dark. The ideal sleeping temperature is between 60-67 degrees Fahrenheit. Make sure your room is quiet and try to avoid using electronic devices before bedtime.

Avoid Caffeine, Alcohol And Nicotine

Caffeine, alcohol and nicotine can all disrupt your sleep. Try to avoid drinking caffeine after lunchtime, drinking alcohol within three hours of bedtime and smoking cigarettes close to bedtime.

Drink Herbal Tea That Can Help You Sleep Better

There are many herbal teas that can help you sleep better. Chamomile, lavender and passionflower tea are all great choices.
